Books and Resource Guides
The books and practice guides service is being discontinued. However, there are a few editions left which will be sold at special rates.
In the future, a full range of Models of Care Resource guides will replace the practice interest guides previously offered by UKCPA.
The Cardiac Pharmacists Group has provided the first Model of Care guide. This is a fantastic resource for anyone wanting to setup a Cardiology Clinic. If you would like ideas of protocols, guidelines, how to do it, what works and what doesn’t, how to get funding, etc, then this is the guide for you!! This document contains 8 models of care covering hypertension, heart failure and medication review clinics.
