The Care of the Elderly Group aims to promote the pharmaceutical care of older people.  Pharmacists from all branches of the profession who are involved in the provision of pharmaceutical care are encouraged to join the Group.

The Group intends to:

• Facilitate the education and training for pharmacists involved in caring for older people
• Enable pharmacists to develop strategies to ensure seamless care for older people
• Provide a forum for exchange of ideas
• Share innovation through practice based research
